Le 22 mai 2025, à l'Hôtel de Ville de Paris, Jean-Louis Dalibert, président de notre association SOS Gares, a eu l'honneur de présenter notre ambitieux projet de Service Express Régional Métropolitain (SERM) pour la métropole de Rouen. Cette intervention s'inscrivait dans le cadre de l'événement "Le déploiement des projets de Service Express Régional Métropolitain (SERM)" organisé par Objectif RER Métropolitain, et a eu lieu lors de la première table ronde intitulée "Premiers pas et vision à moyen terme : quelle articulation ?".
Nous vous invitons à découvrir comment ce RER métropolitain rouennais transformera la mobilité quotidienne de nos concitoyens, contribuera à réduire la congestion routière et favorisera la transition écologique du territoire normand. M. Dalibert a exposé en détail notre vision d'un réseau ferroviaire densifié et cadencé autour de Rouen, soulignant l'importance cruciale de l'infrastructure existante et la nécessité d'une volonté politique forte pour concrétiser ce projet essentiel.
